"YGEIA FLORINAS”headquartered in Florina, is engaged in the "Operation of a diagnostic centre, Conducting microbiological, haematological, biochemical, hormonal, immunological, and molecular examinations." The purpose of "YGEIA FLORINAS” medical centre  is to provide Primary Health Care services in accordance with the rules of Medical Science and Ethics, which include prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and the promotion of physical and mental health, through the organization, operation, and exploitation of private diagnostic laboratories, medical practices, polyclinics, physical medicine and rehabilitation laboratories, and endoscopy units.

The primary goal of the company is to provide services of high standards and quality to its clients/patients. For this reason, it has established and implements a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which it incorporates into its existing company processes. The Quality Policy implemented by the company, as well as the objectives it sets, are suitable for the purpose and framework of the Organisation's operation and support its strategic orientation.

Of utmost importance to the Management is the adherence to regulatory, legislative, and medical requirements arising from the operation of the company, as well as the continuous effort to improve the satisfaction of all stakeholders and meet the requirements of interested parties.

• Ensures that its technological infrastructure and equipment are state-of-the-art and maintained in excellent condition.
